Refund Policy

How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@tradiegrowth.com.au with:

  • Your full name and email address used for purchase
  • Your order/transaction ID (found in your Stripe receipt email)
  • A brief note about why you'd like a refund (optional but appreciated)

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 2 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel at any time to stop future charges — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Exceptions

  • Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Australian Consumer Law
  • Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension
